Fried Fish

Ingredients
- Fish fillet 1
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
- Egg half
- Flour 2 – 3 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut 2 – 3 tbsp
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Chili garlic sauce ¼ cup
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut fish into cubes, marinate with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp crushed red pepper, half egg and 2 – 3 tbsp flour. Mix well.Now coat with 2 – 2 tbsp desiccated coconut and deep fry on low flame till golden brown.
- For making sauce mix together ¼ cup chili garlic sauce, salt to taste, ½ cup mayonnaise and a little black pepper. Add a little water to make in desired consistency.Serve with fried fish.
