LAMB AND BEAN STEW

LAMB AND BEAN STEW


Ingredients:
  • Mutton ½ KG
  • Boiled red beans 300 gm
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Potatoes 1
  • Grated carrot 1
  • Brown onion ½ cup
  • Whole red chili ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 2 sticks
  • Clove 6
  • Cardamom 6
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
Method:
  • In a pan add ½ kg mutton, 6 cardamom, 2 cinnamon, 6 cloves, 6 to 8 whole red chili and 4 tbsp oil to cook till meat tender. Then add ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp all spice powder, salt to taste and ½ tsp red chili powder and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Then add ½ cup brown onion, 2 chopped tomato, 1 chopped carrot, 300 gm boiled kidney beans and 1 cup water to cook. When gravy turn thick dish it out and serve.
