Fried Fish


Ingredients
  • Fish fillet 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
  • Egg half
  • Flour 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Chili garlic sauce ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste 
Method
  •  Cut fish into cubes, marinate with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp crushed red pepper, half egg and 2 – 3 tbsp flour. Mix well.Now coat with 2 – 2 tbsp desiccated coconut and deep fry on low flame till golden brown.
  • For making sauce mix together ¼ cup chili garlic sauce, salt to taste, ½ cup mayonnaise and a little black pepper. Add a little water to make in desired consistency.Serve with fried fish.
