Bhindi do piazza


Ingredients
  • Lady fingers ½ kg remove top and tail and deep fry
  • Onion 2 large sliced
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander roasted and crushed 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Yogurt whipped ½ cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Green chilies 4 whole
Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, onion seeds, sliced onion, fry till onion turn light golden, add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, salt, cumin and coriander roasted and crushed, green chilies, whipped curd, fry well lastly add fried lady fingers cover and cook for 10 minutes, serve hot with puri
